A Must Have Skill – The difference maker

I always share my personal experience , my journey cause its basically journey of an average or below average skilled and education wise individual towards a better position .. so most could relate to it and see that whatever I’ve discuss is very much possible , as I have done it so I believe anybody else can too ..
Now if I have to choose top skills that has helped in changing my life my thinking then , the most important has been ” Reading & Researching “
I was like most of the Pakistani people who hate to read , I never read even the novels or “umru aiyaar ke kahaniyaan as a kid” you can say without reading you are kinda LOST .. or its like your own brain you are using .. but with reading you are basically borrowing brains of all the folks around you on the given subject, benefit from their earlier work …
So this quick note is to let you know if you develop the habit of reading , seems really difficult or weired or kids stuff … but if you do it .. research things .. you’ll see there has been so much work already done on almost every subject , and things have been made so simple , but we just don’t know them .. and you could be doing things alot better if you knew those traits …. those rare secrets that the PLAYERS / GURUS are using ..
so if you’ve got any problem then easier is just go to google , and research the answer , most often then not you’ll find the answer , tips etc …
Now once you’ve that habit developed , you’ll be paying more attention to my notes too 
.. just kidding … just want you guys to go out and find the answers and not just remain confused or doing things the old school way … take benefit from other’s work .. they have done the hard work all you need to do is replicate , no need to reinvent the wheel ..
THE BOTTOM LINE IS SUCESSS IS NOT SOME COLLECTION OF SUPER POWERS , ITS THE COMBINATION OF THESE SMALL HABITS …. SO I HOPE YOU’D REALISE THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THESE AND TRY TO DEVELOP THESE MORE … OR PAY MORE ATTENTION ON THESE SKILLS …..

The topic on which this note has been written is very very important. This article should be hammered.
Many people says,”experience has no substitute”. But I don’t agree.
My point of view is,”Reading is the substitute of experience”.

@Owais – Sir, though reading is indeed a very good habit as it opens new corridors to ponder on various subjects yet, you can not substitute reading with experience.
Its like bringing at par oranges and grapes.

reading is great. all should be patient of studding. but reading provide u its all benefit only with experience and practical work. it is essential like air for life……………..

I am not that fond of reading books but from some time I am doing this practice and I get answer to each and every question of mine by just searching it in google
@Talha , yes the time have changed .. its not the same reading the books , with the new technology and new age, ebooks , web articles , content is the new form of reading … plus its there .. I mean whenever you need answer to any given question you don’t have to wait or ask anybody .. just googling will pull out the perfect answer …

@Saqib asad // yes very right , just reading or hearing is not important , implementing and listening are the key to sucess … all that knowledge if its inside your mind and heart will do you no good if its not used …

@Mohemmed Owais // Thanks Owais for your valuable feedback …. well the learning process that one gets through experience has no substitute as far as I think … cause you could read about the harm of touching fire , but you still might make the mistake of touching it at time , but if you once catch the fire physically , then next time your body would automatically feel reluctant to go near it …

You benefit with the experience of writer while you read him….!!
Other fact is on the same time is that writer manipulate mind of readers, cz when you go through history it always depends on the bias of the writer…!!
Good re…ader is who do critical analysis of writer by researching on what he has written…!!
Most of our problems which relate to religion is not created by writers or molvies or literature by different sectors and school of minds, i sat it is the mess created by the readers who do not analyse the concept or what is written, they do no interpret that material on their independent minds!!!
I read and heard lot about poverty in rural areas but i didnt ever get it until i experienced it by visiting those places!!
Reading books or going through google doesn’t matter a lot till you research on it and analyse what you are reading because untill then you are vulnerable to the bias of author or writer!!
Experience is very important because it gets you through reality rather than fantasy, but other side of picture is there also every body has a task to do as writers and authors write and masses read!!!

@Anas // AWESOME OBSERVATION … and a very careful point for us all to be cautious about … whenever you are reading something that might have you create an opinion about somebody else or someone else’s belief .. you need to be very care…ful and don’t just go forming your opinion based on that writing along … as pointed out by anas .. you need to research offline cause everything can’t be googled in its totality …
